Dosage and Administration

• Adults and children aged 12 years and older: Take 1 caplet at bedtime or as directed by a physician.
• Children under 12 years: Not recommended unless directed by a healthcare provider.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage or use for more than two weeks for sleep issues or seven days for cold/allergy symptoms.
